These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of all AziPDF services provided by Azillik ("we", "us", "our"), headquartered in Surat, Gujarat, India. By accessing or using AziPDF in any way, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using our services immediately. These terms apply to all users — guests, registered users, and API users alike.
We may update these Terms of Service. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to registered users before changes take effect. Continued use of AziPDF after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AziPDF for lawful personal or business purposes.
AziPDF can be used with or without creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@azipdf.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain 100% ownership of all files you work with on AziPDF. Since all processing happens entirely in your browser, your files never leave your device and we never receive, hold, or access them. There is therefore no licence granted to us — because we never have access to your files.
By using AziPDF, you represent and warrant that:
A digital mark that identifies the signer. Suitable for everyday approvals, internal documents, and informal agreements. Processed entirely in your browser — no signature data is stored on our servers.
Compliant with eIDAS Regulation (EU) 910/2014 and equivalent laws. The AES must be: (a) uniquely linked to the signatory, (b) capable of identifying the signatory, (c) created under the sole control of the signatory, and (d) linked to the signed data so that any subsequent alteration is detectable. Includes a legally compliant audit trail with timestamps. Requires minimal server-side interaction for certificate authority validation as mandated by law — you are always informed before this occurs.
AziPDF and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in our services — including the software, algorithms, processing engines, design system, brand assets, trademarks, and all original content on our platform.
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our services or content without our prior written consent. Our name, trademarks, and logo may not be used in any product, service, or promotional material not provided or explicitly endorsed by AziPDF.
If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content on our platform, please contact support@azipdf.com with full details of the alleged infringement and we will investigate promptly.
AziPDF services are provided "as is" and "as available" — without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Browser-based processing depends on your device's available memory, CPU performance, and browser version. Results may vary across different device and browser configurations. We cannot guarantee identical output across all environments.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees) or the equivalent in your local currency, whichever is greater.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India. EU and UK consumers retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, we strongly encourage you to contact us at support@azipdf.com to resolve any dispute amicably. We commit to responding within 5 business days and making every reasonable effort to find a fair resolution.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
